Any product we manufacture is built to last, so if there is something that isn't working for you, we will make it right. Please do not hesitate to call and ask for assistance if you ever experience any issues with our products.
If you're product is damaged during shipping, please contact us, we will send a call tag to collect the damaged product, then replace the product, or refund you once the product is returned.
If you ordered the wrong product and would like to return it for a refund, that is not a problem, but the product must be unopened or undamaged and sent back to us within 10 days of receipt. We will not send a call tag for products ordered in customer error.
In most cases we require proof of purchase for a refund or return. If your order was placed online we will easily be able to look up the date of purchase to honor warranty, however, if your order is placed with one of our ASF Dealers it will be your responsibility to keep track of proof of purchase or obtain that from the dealer. To make this task a bit easier, we have a section on our website that allows you to registered all products and upload a proof of purchase. You can do so here: https://www.allseasonsfeeders.com/apps/product-registration. We highly recommend utilizing this product registration link in order to save you time and money in the event you ever need to have a warranty honored.
Electronics - The electronics we sell have varying warranties. However, any of them can be replaced within their allotted warranty time by taking them into an ASF dealer, or by mailing them to us directly to be replaced.
THE TIMER - 5 year warranty.
Eliminator Spinner - 5 year warranty.
Hog lights - 1 year warranty.
ASF TIMER - 1 year warranty.
Solar panel - 1 year warranty.
12v/6v Motors - 1 year warranty
Feeders / BBQ Pits - Our feeders and bbq pits are built to last, but in the event something goes wrong with the manufacturing we are here to help. Each issue will be accessed on a case by case basis, so please reach out if you are having issues with your products so we can help!

How long will it be until my order ships?
Your order processing is dependent on what you order. If you order something we have in stock it will be shipped out within 24 hours given the order is placed Monday - Friday. If you place an order on the weekend, your order will not be fulfilled until the following Monday when we return to work.
If you place an order for an item that is not in stock, we will notify you by email of the stock status and how long your order will take to ship. In the event you ever have a question about an order, please feel free to call us at 1.800.841.1720, email email@example.com, or message us on FB for a response after business hours.
It's been a long time and I still don't have my order. What do I do?
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You need to include your name, and order number if possible. Once you email us, we'll contact you if we need to or just fix the problem and send you your order. You are also welcome to call us at 1.800.841.1720.
I hate spam mail, you're not going to use my personal information for anything else, are you?
Absolutely not, we use your information for shipping purposes only, and your e-mail to contact you if there is an issue with your order. Your credit card number is stored in an encrypted secure format.
Can I place an order without a credit card?
Yes. We do accept paypal and amazon pay.
What is the Card Code?
The card code is a three or four digit number located on the back of credit cards and bank cards. This number is an added fraud protection feature used when someone is purchasing a product online or over the phone.
How much does international shipping cost?
To find out your personal shipping costs, just add the items you want into the shopping cart, enter in your address, and then the postage calculator will figure up your shipping cost before you have to purchase the Item.You may have to pay duties at the time of receiving your order. We will not cover this cost. You will need to find out from your local government web site whether or not you will have to pay a tax to receive your order.
