Troubleshooting FeedSync Timer

Feed Sync connectivity issues:

Some carriers have done updates to their software that has made some of these possible

Make sure you are using the Green Feed Sync App – try uninstalling then reinstalling the app

Maker sure antenna is visible from direction being used – not necessary, but ideal

Turn off Cellular Data – no that is not putting it in Airplane mode, just turning it into an iPod

Do a reset – disconnect all wires and tap the pos(+) and neg(-) power tabs together for 1-2 secs, this shorts the unit and resets the unit

Check that “Local Network” is on in app settings – go to phone settings and scroll down to the app and it should be there.

Battery drain:

5w or greater solar panel is needed to help maintain proper function, normal supplied panel is only 1.4w
